Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
*Shipments might be delayed in Canada due to the current status of the Strike with Canada Post*
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:

Returns policy
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives
Wrong size:
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

-First and last name on the order
-Size ordered

Returns/exchanges:
If you would like to return or exchange an item(s) you can do so within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Garments must be unused and unwashed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the item(s). If you would like to return or exchange an item(s) please email admin@torontodrag.com for further instructions.
Booking cancelations:
Bookings for performers will be paid in full before the event is set to take place. Booking cancelations must be made 24 hours before the event and will result in a $50 cancelation fee. Cancelations made within 48 hour of the event will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the negotiated pricing.
